'It gives us great pleasure to invite you, on behalf of the Dutch host committee, to the Tenth World Harp Congress 2008 in Amsterdam. It will be a jubilee congress, being the tenth congress in the city where its founder, our dear Dutch harpist Phia Berghout, used to live and work. Please contact us before you arrive with your harp and we will help with bringing your harp to the conservatory where you will be able to practice and you can store your harp safely. Contact your hotel or budget hostel in advance: not all hotels offer practicing facilities.'
